I am writing to thank you for your company's great service. You recently inspected my new house. When I say new I mean really new, the builder had just finished 2 days prior to the inspection. I had doubts that I really needed a inspection but my Realtor insisted. You told me something along the lines of "Just because its new does not mean its correct." When I got home from work that night I had many questions most of which my wife did not remember answers to. I checked my e-mail just a few hours later and the report was already there. Buying investment property is hard. Buying investment property from over 1500 miles away is a real challenge. I actually heard about Pelican State Inspection through word of mouth here in California. I am a member of an investment club and many of our members have been purchasing investment property in Shreveport and using you inspection services.  Most of the houses we buy we never seen in person. We rely on your detailed inspection reports for our buying decisions. We love how the report contains exterior pictures of the home as well as interior pictures of each room. Once we buy the property we forward the report to our property manager to make the needed repairs.
